Delete Your Eitimad BH Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Eitimad BH account and the personal data associated with it. This page is available even if you no longer have access to the mobile application.

How to request account deletion

Send the request from the email address registered with your Eitimad BH account.
Include your full name, registered email address, and phone number.
Our support team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Your account and authentication information.
Your profile, contact details and saved delivery addresses.
Your cart, favorites and marketplace activity.
Order history and related account activity.
Device tokens and notification-related account data.
Other personal data associated with your Eitimad BH account.

Data retention

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, including records relating to completed orders.
Any retained information is limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable retention period.

Protect your account

Never include your password, verification codes, CPR, identity documents or other sensitive files in the deletion request email.
